A life spent in the game — playing it, competing in it, studying it, and helping others find their own way through it.
Golf has been the throughline of my life. I’ve competed at the professional level, including in Japan, where I came up through the competitive ranks and tested my game against serious players.
Somewhere along the way, playing wasn’t enough — I wanted to understand why the swing works. That led me deep into biomechanics, the kinematic sequence, and how the body generates and transfers energy without breaking down. I co-founded a golf venture built around a movement-based methodology, and later worked in swing-analysis technology, including markerless 3D motion capture. That blend of playing experience and movement science is the foundation of how I teach today.
Today I teach in the Orange County area of Southern California, working with golfers of every age and level and continuing my path toward PGA of America Class A membership. I teach in both English and Japanese. My focus is simple: help each golfer build a swing that fits their body and holds up — not a copy of someone else’s.
My interest in how the body moves became personal when I had to rebuild my own. I've had to recover from 2 car accidents that forced me to rethink basic everyday movements, much less golf. PEMF has been a critical part of my recovery and continued wellness.
Golf instruction and PEMF wellness are two sides of the same belief: that performing well and feeling well aren’t separate pursuits. Whether you’re here to lower your scores, move better, or recover, the goal is the same — help you get more out of your body and your game.
